This Juicy Lucy is our Original burger stuffed with chopped bacon and a house made beer cheese (made from scratch with Brooklyn brown ale and a blend of cheeses). After being stuffed with all the cheesey goodness, we pan sear this Lucy and serve it on a pretzel bun.
