Weekly Burger Special 4.15.13-4.22.13: "the Hobo Burger." Taking it's inspiration from our Sous Chef Tony's family recipe, the Hobo has (like Tony) become synonymous with the GN. Our Original Gold Nugget patty mixed with gouda cheese, potatoes, and onions, and topped with more gouda! Pair this one with 20oz Grainbelt Premium, a beer you can  often find Tony sampling after a long day at the Nugget.

5 Alarm Burger

Weekly Burger Special 4.8.13-4.14.13: "5 Alarm Burger." Our Original Burger patty mixed with jalapeños, serrano,  and chipotle peppers. Topped with habanero jack cheese and Sriracha ketchup on a sesame seed bun. This is one hot burger, on the Scoville Scale jalapeños rate 2500-8000, our serrano's rate at a whopping 10,000 - 20,000! You're going to need to cool this one off with a Summit Unchained #12: the Organic Ale.

Weekly Burger Special 4.1.13 - 4.8.13: "the Surly Burger." Our Original patty topped with Muenster cheese, Surly Beer Mustard, on Pretzel bun. Pair it with a Surly Bender!

Weekly Burger Special 3.25.13 - 3.31.13: "the Caribbean." An island inspired creation to wrap-up our month of destination inspired burgers! Grilled jerk seasoned corvina filet topped with tropical fruit served on a Challah bun. Pair this one with a Red Stripe!

Weekly Burger Special 3.18.13 - 3.24.13: "the Black Jack Burger." No need to split this one, it's a guaranteed winner. Colcannon is a traditional Irish dish made from cabbage & mashed potatoes and our Dubliner cheese an aged sharp cheese with a nutty flavor and is imported straight from Ireland. Pair it with a Killian's or Guiness pint!

the Viva Mexico burger

Weekly Burger Special 3.4.13 - 3.10.13: "Viva Mexico." Definitely not your traditional burger this week! Our Original Gold Nugget burger made with a our own taco seasoning and cooked on a griddle. We smother it in cheddar cheese and serve it inside two fried corn tortillas with shredded lettuce, pico de galo, guacamole, salsa, and sour cream. Pair it with the deliciously strong "Double Vision" Doppelbock from Grand Teton brewing.
