Weekly burger special: The Cheesy Juicy Lucy. Loaded with Cheddar, Swiss, and American cheese in the middle then topped with Provolone cheese and our lemon Tabasco aioli. Served on a sesame bun. Add some bacon and our Gold Nugget Amber beer and you may just have perfection!

Beer Cheese & Bacon Lucy

Weekly Burger Special: "Beer Cheese & Bacon Lucy." This Juicy Lucy is our Original burger stuffed with chopped bacon and a house made beer cheese (made from scratch with Brooklyn brown ale and a blend of cheeses). After being stuffed with all the cheesey goodness, we pan sear this Lucy and serve it on a pretzel bun.

Southern Buffalo Burger

Weekly Burger Special: "Southern Buffalo Burger." The special this week was created by our lovely Deanna who has been part of our family since we opened! It's a Jalapeño Juicy Lucy topped with buffalo sauce, lettuce, tomato, on a sesame bun. Served with a side of blue cheese dressing. Deanna recommends pairing with the Free Ride Alaskan Pale Ale.

Cajun Turkey Burger

Weekly Burger Special: "Cajun Turkey Burger." This week's burger was created by Meghan, one of our favorite servers! Ground turkey seasoned with Cajun spice and topped with habanero jack cheese, jalapeños, sriracha mayo, and lettuce on a brioche bun. Pair this one with any of our new beer cocktail creations.

Weekly Burger Special: "the Craft Beer Week Burger." We're celebrating Craft Beer Week with a burger special you can pair with any of the many new beers we'll feature this week. Start with this: Our Original Gold Nugget Burger topped with beer-soaked onions, gouda cheese, and served on a Pretzel bun. Add toppings & get creative to pair with whichever beer you try!

Weekly Burger Special: "Nacho Macho Burger." Created by Timmy, one of our favorite server/bartender/managers, this burger is topped with tortilla chips, pico de gallo, and nacho cheese sauce on a sesame seed bun. Pair this one with the Grumpy Monk Belgian IPA!

the Lamb Burger

Weekly Burger Special 4.22.13 - 4.28.13: "the Lamb Burger." A ground lamb meat patty with Moroccan seasoning, flame grilled, served on flatbread, and topped with Harissa (an African hot pepper sauce) and lemon yogurt. Pair this one with "Rye of the Tiger" from Great Lakes Brewing Co.

the Hobo Burger

Weekly Burger Special 4.15.13-4.22.13: "the Hobo Burger." Taking it's inspiration from our Sous Chef Tony's family recipe, the Hobo has (like Tony) become synonymous with the GN. Our Original Gold Nugget patty mixed with gouda cheese, potatoes, and onions, and topped with more gouda! Pair this one with 20oz Grainbelt Premium, a beer you can  often find Tony sampling after a long day at the Nugget.

5 Alarm Burger

Weekly Burger Special 4.8.13-4.14.13: "5 Alarm Burger." Our Original Burger patty mixed with jalapeños, serrano,  and chipotle peppers. Topped with habanero jack cheese and Sriracha ketchup on a sesame seed bun. This is one hot burger, on the Scoville Scale jalapeños rate 2500-8000, our serrano's rate at a whopping 10,000 - 20,000! You're going to need to cool this one off with a Summit Unchained #12: the Organic Ale.
