Ground beef, and house brined brisket blended into a patty, topped with Irish porter cheese, Russian dressing and bacon brown sugar braised cabbage on a pumpernickel bun.

Ahi tuna steak topped with pickled red onions, avocado jalapeño Tabasco mayo and a charred citrus salsa, served on a sesame bun. So hard to decide you'll have to come twice in one week!

Chorizo and beef blended patty. Topped with habanero jack cheese, cumin black bean spread, grilled bell peppers & onions, mustard salsa, seasoned sour cream served open faced on a crispy corn tortilla.

Cordon Bleu wins this round! It's competitor this week is the MN Wild Rice burger. 

Wild rice burger patty topped with chipotle cheddar cheese, pico de gallo, sriracha mayo, avocado. Wrapped in a tomato herb tortilla.

Cordon Bleu burger - this weeks contender is a GN burger patty topped with thinly sliced ham, Swiss cheese, blue cheese béchamel, and a red wine Dijon mustard. Served on a croissant bun! 

Yep it's amazing! 

Mort's burger wins again! And this week's contender is the Salisbury Steak Burger! 10oz. NY steak burger, grilled and topped with caramelized onions and mushrooms. Served open faced on garlic toast with a side of house made steak sauce and a baked potato topped with chive butter! 

A lot to say but totally worth every bite!

This week's contender is the Jeger burger. Ground duck and venison patty, stuffed with foie gras. Topped with a smoked mushroom hunter sauce, Jarlsberg cheese, a blueberry mostarda on a dill bun.

This week's new contender is the Quattro Formaggi burger - four cheeses - American, provolone, Swiss, and feta cheese on a grilled burger patty topped with a lemon choice mayo. Served on a brioche bun!

It's Burger Battle 2014! This week's Challenger: Mort's Burger taking on reigning champ, The Duck Burger.

Mort's Burger is beef, chimichurri spices, mortadella ground together and pattied. Topped with tomato jam, gruyere cheese, arugula. Served on a brioche bun.
