the Daffy Burger

Weekly Burger Special: 1.21.13 - 1.27.13: "the Daffy." There's no beef with this burger, just moist & juicy ground duck meat. It's grilled and finished with an orange teriyaki glaze and topped with a citrus salsa made of grapefruit, mango, oranges, red onion, jalapeƱos, & ginger. Try it with Lucid Brewing's new Foto IPA!

We have another case of the extremely rare "Goose Island Bourbon County Cherry Rye Stout" and an event tonight from 5-7pm for the release of Lucid's "Craig's Ale." This Dutch Rye will be a one-time release and we'll also be featuring Dyno & Lucid's new IPA Foto. The guys from Lucid will be there too!

The Natural

Weekly Burger Special: 1.14.13 - 1.20.13: "the Natural Burger." Any more fresh and you'd have to eat it at the farm! This farm-to-table burger is made with 100% local grass fed beef with organic, locally sourced ingredients. The burger is topped with fresh micro greens: bulls blood, wasabi greens, alfalfa sprouts, and baby arugula. We top it off with a homemade tomato jam made from fresh tomatoes, cider vinegar, and cumin. Pairs perfectly with the light and refreshing Longboard Lager by Kona brewing.

Resolution Burger!

Weekly Burger Special 1.7.13 - 1.13.13: "Resolution Burger!." A homemade Veggie Burger made from lentil and barley. Topped with a fiery fruit salsa of pineapple, mango, tomatillo, tomato, lime juice, and serrano pepper with a lemon-tobasco aoili and served in a lettuce wrap. Pair it with the surprisingly low-in-calorie- Guinness. We've resolved to make a healthy burger to fit all of those New Year's Resolutions out there.
