This week's contender - the Al Capone burger: served open face on garlic toast, spicy Italian ground beef patty, topped with fresh mozzarella cheese, a pine nut arugula pesto, marinara sauce, and a ricotta stuffed lasagna noodle


The ULTIMATE Mushroom burger! Elk and bison patty, smoked blue cheese, truffle oil, red wine balsamic reduction! Oh and of course we can't forget the maitake mushrooms.
